Our monitor went out last Thursday and we just got our new monitor in yesterday, so I've got alot to catch up on as far as blogging goes! Last Saturday night Carlie and I went to Joe T's to celebrate Jessica's 24th birthday. It was probably 95 degrees out that day and needless to say we were all sooo hot. As everyone knows, Joe T's is famous for their margaritas so Carlie and I thought if we just had a couple of drinks we would feel better and forget about how hot it was...WRONG. There was little to no wind and we all were sweating. I thought it would be a good idea to wear a dress to keep cool, but since the chairs were plastic and didnt create any breeze at all...the backside of my dress got a little sweaty. Other than that, it was a great time to spend with friends. Carlie and I got Jess some Juicy flip-flops and she really loved them. After we all cooled down from Joe T's in our cars we stopped by 7th Haven bar in Fort Worth. Carlie and I only stayed for a bit because our mom's were watching our little ones. It was fun to get to spend some time with friends...but Jess isn't allowed to have her birthday at Joe T's next year!!
