Tomorrow is Laine' first birthday! I can't believe a year has gone by already. She has been the most joyous gift that God can give and I thank my lucky stars daily to be blessed with such a child! Laine has been changing so much lately. I really would love to write a novel on my undying unconditional love for our Bug, but I think I'll just post a few pics of her birth to now and have those for memories and words. I do want to update for memory purposes what she's doing now:
*She is definitely walking and only crawls if for some reason she's to lazy to stand up again right away after she falls.
*She can say: hot, cold (random, I know), uh-oh, bu (bye), he (short e sound for "hi"), no sometimes, and da-da..I don't get recognized quite yet with words, she just points in my direction when she wants me.
*She eats EVERYTHING. I swear, she'd eat until she popped if I'd let her.
*She loves her dogs and they can be a guaranteed form of laughter for her!
*She isn't afraid of other kids anymore, thankfully. I think it's because she is mobile now and can get away from them if she wants.
*She loves to be outside and will cry and beat on the door when I won't let her go out there.
*She LOVES her pink bunny (bun bun) and sleeps with it every night.
*Loves ALL stuffed animals really and lays her head down on them and pats them when we say "awww".
*She likes when I vaccuum and will walk all around the house following me yelling, it's quite funny.
*She's in 6-12 month clothes, but can fit into 12-18 so I don't think it'll be long before she grows out of her 6-12.
*I weighed her tonight and she weighs 21 lbs on our scale at home (she goes for her one month check-up on the 15th).

This year has been the best year of our lives Laine Elizabeth. Thank you for blessing us with your laughter, beauty and smile daily. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if you weren't in my life!! We love you to then end of the Earth and back!
