We are also updating our house little by little. We just painted the entry and hallway a coffee color. I thought at first that I didnt like how dark it was, but it dried over night and it turned out beautiful. We are planning on replacing the entryway light (too modern for our house) and getting something with a bronze tone to match our hallway lights. We are debating on whether to paint the dining room the same color or something lighter, but that is being done today. On Thursday we get our wood floors installed and we'll be able to get rid of the carpet that the dogs have nearly destroyed. I can't wait and will post pics soon of that too.
