2 months

I love this picture because the tree caught her attention and she was staring at it!

Well we have made it to the 2 month mark now! Laine is still growing everyday and she seems to REALLY want to smile now. She has been a little fussy lately and hopefully that wears off soon. It's important for me to remember that even though her birthday says she's 2 months old...her gestational age is only 2 weeks old!

We took her over to her great-grandparents' house this passed weekend and she was very good. We are all so anxious to see how much she weighs that her pop took her into the bathroom and weighed himself on the scale and then weighed himself with her. It came out to be that she weighs around 9 lbs...but I don't know if that is possible. I would love for it to be true because that means the sooner she'll be sleeping more at night!

My mom and I were in her room the other night and we took out all of her preemie clothes. We put them up to her and it's amazing how much she's grown. I guess because I see her everyday I don't really notice how drastic of a change she's gone through, but the outfits were like 3 inches too short on the legs and arms!! It's very reassuring to know that the little baby that was once in the hospital and swallowed in her preemie clothes has completely outgrown them!
