Baby Laine is now 5 months old!! Where does time go?? I hate that she is getting bigger, but at the same time she does new and funny things everyday that makes me love her even more (which I didn't know was possible). We are working on rolling over still, but she has done from tummy to back 3 times so far. She is really only about 3 1/2 months, so hopefully in the next couple of weeks she will be a pro. I love to put her on her tummy though b/c she lifts her little head up and looks around. She LOVES baby food and eats that twice a day mixed with oatmeal. I can hardly get the next bite on the spoon before she screaming for more! I have found that she doesn't really care for green beans or sweet peas. Her favorites are: carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, applesauce, bananas and peaches. We are waiting to try prunes..I know they will help with her constipation, but I think they are gross so we are holding off. She laughs all the time and thinks her Gramps ( my dad) is hilarious. She talks to everyone, but for some reason he can really get her going. She loves her dogs and "rides" Casey sometimes. Casey was scared with her on her back at first, but is getting more comfortable with it. Of course, I am holding on at all times.
She does this funny thing with her bib..She drools alot so a bib is necessary and when she is laying on the floor she likes to put the bib over her face and breath really hard. I think it's hilarious, but it can't be very good for her so of course I am always supervising and take it off after just a second. She has found her feet and constantly has her hands in her mouth. If she had used a pacy I think it would be long gone at this point, because if it's not food in her mouth it's her hands. She has grown out of most of her 0-3 month clothes, so this weekend we went on a shopping spree and got her a bunch of new 3-6 month clothes. It's funny to watch her b/c she tries sooo hard to sit up on her own. When she is in her carrier she tries to sit up and if she can't she's pretty upset. I most of the time put her in her stroller without the carrier b/c she can sit up and see more. She isn't sitting on her own yet, but I think she really wants to be. We have so much fun with her and can't wait until she reaches some more fascinating mielstones.

awww..thanks! i don't get that often. everyone thinks she looks like Jackson!
She is soo cute!! She is doing alot of the same things MaKenna is doing these days! When she puts her hands in her mouth, does she sometimes make herself gag?? It cracks me up when MaKenna does that!
