FUN Weekend

This weekend was fun even though I had to give my baby up on Friday night. Friday, Carlie, Lindsey and I drove out to McKinney (after getting totally lost) for Erin's CAbi presentation. If you have never heard of CAbi, it's a clothing line that originally started in California. Erin lived out there for awhile and the lady she lived with sold CAbi and Erin got interested in it and now she sells it too. It's a great quality, custom clothing line that follows all of the newest trends. The clothing is a bit pricey, but it's stuff that will last forever. I bought a black vest that Erin was wearing. I usually hate the way vests look on me, but this one laid just right.

Erin was nervous, but she did a great presentation. Some of her boyfriend's family and friends were there and we all enjoyed some wine and tried on clothes!

Saturday, my mom, Laine and I drove out to Keller to attend Chantelle's baby shower. It was a fun shower and we got to meet some of her inlaws and hang out and play baby shower games and eat some good food. After that, my mom and I took the baby to the mall (not too bad) to buy her some fall clothes! It was tax free weekend and on top of that I had a 30% coupon to Gymboree. I love their clothes, but usually they are pretty expensive. Since I had that coupon I thought it would be worth getting her some cute stuff. We also got her some cute things from GAP.

Jackson had to play poker in Burleson with some work friends on Saturday night, so my mom and I hung out at my house with the baby. It was a great weekend, but Im looking forward to some weekends where we do NOTHING!! Back to work to meet my kids tomorrow!
