Another teacher's daughter, Gabi had fun pushing Laine around in the little car.
Last weekend my mom and Laine and I went out to Justin, Texas for Cason's first birthday. Chelsea teaches 3rd grade at our school and we've gotten to be friends because of mommy/baby lunches and having kids around the same age. Chelsea is so sweet and her little man, Cason is too cute. His birthday was outside on their land and she had a bounce house, food and lots of toys to keep the adults and kids happy. The bounce house was a particular hit, but thankfully we got there early enough where Cason and Laine could explore it without the big kids. They both kind of rolled around and played for a minute, but then like with all things Laine got a bit scared and wanted out. It was cute to watch her play though. Then, we all ate grilled hotdogs and ate some great fresh fruit! Laine loved the hotdog and fruit. We couldn't stay the whole time because my dad's birthday was the same night so we had to drive back into town to meet up with my brother and my dad at BBW. It was a fun party and I can't wait to hangout more with them over summer!!
