I started the Insanity workout program and it is pretty difficult. My body definitely is sore even from just the Fit Test I did yesterday. You're supposed to do the fit test every 2 weeks to see your improvements. I guess it's really a way to motivate you to continue to do the workout for the full 60 days. I normally wouldn't have spent the money and bought this workout, but some people at Jackson's work did it and let me borrow the CD's, which I thought was very nice. I've been running 3-4 miles for about 6 months now, so the intensity of it doesn't necessarily bother me. It's the squatting and pushups that really get me. I love to feel sore after a workout and since I've been running for what seems like forever I don't really ever get sore anymore. This program will definitely keep me sore until I've done each CD at least once. I'm excited to track my progress and see the Insane results you're supposed to get from doing Insanity!

I got the insanity program too! I keep telling myself I'm going to start but I'm nervous - I have heard it is so hard. I'm glad to hear positive stuff about it. I'm starting this week for sure!
Good for you! I need to do something good like that....let me know how it goes. Another reason I wish we lived closer!!!
