Saturday night my mom, Laine and I went to my cousin's house for a Premier Jewelry party. My other cousin's friend just started selling Premier and wanted to get some practice. I always love direct sales parties and have been to 2 Premier parties before. We got to try on and buy some pretty fun fashion jewelry and have some yummy food. Then, I took Laine to Jackson's parents' house which is just down the street and then the grown ups went to a winery in Azle. I've only been to one other winery in Fredricksburg and have wanted to do wine tasting all summer. I usually drink Pinot Grigio or Beringer (Zinfandel) which was explained to me last night to have a lot of sugar in it. After tasting some wine at this place, I clearly have not been drinking "good" wine. Of course the wine that is sold there is also made there and they don't sale to major grocery stores or anything, so I won't be buying this wine too often. I did get a bottle of "Happy Cat" though. It's a mix between a fruity, but not too sweet wine. The place was called Lightcatcher and they have a little bistro in there too. We bought our favorite glass and went out on the pavillion to drink our glass and talk. It was nice to have a relaxing night with family before I go back to work. I forgot my camera, but did find a picture of the bottle of wine I bought. I took one pic on my phone of my mom and me, but have never actually uploaded pics from my phone to the computer so it's not in this post. I am going to try different wineries every now and then so I can have good, quality wine!
