On Friday Carlie and Josh brought Avery over to meet Laine for the first time. Of course neither one of them had any idea who each other were, but it was fun to take pics of our sweet baby girls together! We put them both in the Boppy for a few pics, but only got a couple of good ones before Avery started fussing and Laine put her hands in her face. Then, when it was time for Avery to go to bed and Laine to nap we put them both in the play yard to sleep. I knew Laine was tiny, but with Avery up to her she seemed miniscule! They were so sweet sleeping together in the play yard.
I know these two are going to be great friends because their mommies are great friends. This session was just the first of millions that these little girls will spend together. It is so fun to have someone to share the joy of motherhood with especially because we are such great friends. We will someday show our little girls the pics of the first time they met one another.
