Sunday my mom had a convention to attend at the Gaylord, so she my brothers, Laine and me come and hangout for the day and spend the night. It was alot of fun because my little bug went swimming for the first time. Okay, I guess it was technically swimming, but she had on her suit, sunscreen and a hat and put her feet in the pool. The pool was still pretty cold, so I thought it might be a good idea to just put her little toes in. It was funny because she has really never felt water other than her bath water, which is warm not freezing so she automatically pulled her toes out right when she felt them in the water. After the pool, my mom had to go to a crawfish dinner so my brothers, Laine and I went to eat at the Texan Station (sports bar). The food is delicious, but extremely expensive. I was talking to a bartender and he said that they jack their prices up by 300%!! It's almost not worth spending the money on..

The next day I took Laine home for a little bit because my mom had meetings all day and Laine needed to take a nap in her own bed. Then, we went back out there and picked her up and went shopping at Grapevine Mills. I got Laine a really cute picture frame for her wall and an adorable pillow that says "Girls Just want to have fun"..it has a place for a picture. I am almost completely finished with her room and then I'll post pictures. It was a pretty fun little break and it felt like I was on a real vacation!
