Today Laine and I went with Carlie, Avery, Lauren and Alisa to eat at Corner Bakery in Southlake Towne Center. It was good to see Alisa because she and her husband and little boy just moved back from Atlanta. We are glad she is finally at home again!! It was nice to talk with them. We mainly discussed school stuff and babies..Lauren hopefully will want children soon after all of our kiddo talk! Avery did really well, mostly just sat there and listened to us talk. She sat in her stroller while Carlie ate and then she held her while she played with a teething ring. Laine didnt take her morning nap like she usually does so she slept most of time we were eating, which was fine with me because although I can eat with a baby in my arms, it's more comfortable not to.
When we left Corner Bakery, Lauren, Carlie and I walked around with the girls and did some shopping. I can never resist buying Laine a new outfit when we go out and especially things at Baby Gap. When Lauren left, Carlie and I went to Piccomolo and got some sugar free ice cream..It was a nice treat since it was so muggy outside today. I love getting out with Laine and spending time with friends. Summers are going to be so much more fun now that I have a beautiful baby girl to take places.
