Our Pups..

Casey and Lizzy both turned a year older this month. Casey's birthday is the 4th and Lizzy's is the 12th. Casey turned 3 and Liz turned 2. We have had many ups and downs with our dogs and after the baby came we sort of put them on the backburner to say the least. I love our dogs, but Laine is the priority and unfortunately, Casey and Lizzy have to accept less attention. I think they're fine with it, because Jackson still plays with them daily and they have a terrific backyard to roam around and sniff in.

Lately the girls have been sneaking Laine's toys out of her toy basket and taking them into the backyard. I noticed that she was missing some toys, so I went in the backyard and sure enough about 6 toys had been strewn throughout the backyard. It's funny, because as soon as I picked them up and turned to face the dogs, they had already cowered down. You'd think we beat our dogs or something the way they were looking at me. They tear up stuff often and each time they cower down because they know they've done bad. Even though they're handfuls, we wouldn't trade them or want to give them up...well at least today :)
