Today my mom and I went to Laine's school for their annual Thanksgiving feast. I took the day off and my mom took a long lunch so we could be there with bug! Jackson ended up having to work so he couldn't make it. I took her at the normal time and then went and did some shopping...ALONE! It was very nice! Then, we met at her school and walked down with her to the auditorium to enjoy a nice lunch. Laine was beyond excited to see us walk in her classroom. I of course already planned on taking her with me after the lunch, but even if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to leave her because she clung to my mom or me the whole time. It was nice to talk with the other moms of kids in her class since Michele is normally the one to take and pick her up. She's almost been in school for one semester and as far as I can tell her teachers love her and she loves her teachers!
