Getting antsy and walking around on the stairs towards the end...
Last Friday morning Laine and I went to the movie with Traci and WC. Both of the kids go to Southlake Christian MDO together and at the end of the year the school was doing a fundraiser and offered 10 movies for $5. If it had been any more expensive I wouldn't have purchased the tix, but I couldn't pass up the deal. I know Laine doesn't fully comprehend the movies, but it's fun to get out and do something different every now and then. We saw "Despicable Me" and Laine actually enjoyed it for the most part. She watched intently for about 30 minutes and then got a little fidgety towards the end. Since the kiddos did so well, Traci and I took them over to the fountain after the movie and let them toss some pennies in for good luck ;). There are a few more animated films that I'll take her to see before the summer's over!
