Today my mom and I took Laine to NrH2O in North Richland Hills. My mom wanted to do one last waterpark day before I start back to work in a week. Laine of course had a great time, but mostly wanted to stay in the area for littler ones that had 3 fun slides. She did like the lazy river, because I brought her floaties and she was able to "swim" alone. She's gotten so brave in the water this summer and I'm sure next summer she'll be ready for some swimming lessons :)

We found a good spot on the ground behind some chairs that were in use and we were thinking we'd snag them when the people left. It ended up that we did get the chairs, but then another family that was set up behind us pushed us off our chairs while we were swimming and said that they were already there when we got back. It was really strange, but we just took our stuff and moved to another empty chair. The only thing I would recommend to someone who hasn't been before is to wear your shoes around the park because the concrete literally fried our feet (it could be the fact that it's been over 100 degrees for 30+ days). We had a good time and the best part was when we got home Laine just lounged around for the rest of the night and actually agreed to cuddle with me :)))
